All throughout Europe, Engineered Shading Solutions are an integral part of the dynamic facade. Architects across the pond agree that window coverings are no longer an afterthought, but need to be included in the building and design of commercial and residential construction. At this year’s IWCE a new booth called “The Architect’s Pavilion & Lounge” will debut. Displayed will be functioning sustainable exterior solutions from Europe. Architects, Contractors and Dealers will be able to see for the first time some of the industry’s most exciting ideas to control light, heat and glare from the building’s exterior. Additionally, Neil Gordon will be signing his new book, “An Architect’s Guide to Engineered Shading Solutions” and presenting a seminar on the neile topic.
