To read and learn more click on the following link or see below:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2017\/09\/14\/realestate\/a-downtown-skyscraper-with-yachtlike-interiors.html\">https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2017\/09\/14\/realestate\/a-downtown-skyscraper-with-yachtlike-interiors.html<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2017\/09\/14\/realestate\/a-downtown-skyscraper-with-yachtlike-interiors.html\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/insyncsolar.com\/Staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Screen%20Shot%202018-01-30%20at%209.33.49%20AM.png\" alt=\"Screen Shot 2018-01-30 at 9.33.49 AM.png\" width=\"730\" height=\"526\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"story-body-text story-content\" data-para-count=\"168\" data-total-count=\"168\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">At&nbsp;<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/125greenwich.com\/\">125 Greenwich Street<\/a>, <span style=\"color: #000000;\">a new skyscraper rising in Manhattan\u2019s Financial District, Bizzi &amp; Partners Development is turning the typical condominium model on its head.<!--more--><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"story-body-text story-content\" data-para-count=\"168\" data-total-count=\"168\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 15px; background-color: transparent;\">The amenity spaces, often placed on a building\u2019s lower levels, are instead at the very top of the 912-foot-tall structure, on floors 86 through 88. And while developers tend to put larger apartments on higher floors, this building reserves room for studios on upper levels. In fact, there are no studio apartments below the 61st floor. Rather than impressing with wide-open spaces, many of the apartments are on the smaller side, starting at just 418 square feet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"story-body-text story-content\" data-para-count=\"281\" data-total-count=\"914\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px; color: #000000;\">\u201cWith all the amenities at the top of the building, everyone has an opportunity to live at the top \u2013 not only that one special buyer,\u201d said Marc Palermo, a senior vice president at Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, which is handling sales and marketing for the building.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"story-body-text story-content\" data-para-count=\"281\" data-total-count=\"914\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px; color: #000000;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2017\/09\/14\/realestate\/a-downtown-skyscraper-with-yachtlike-interiors.html\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/insyncsolar.com\/Staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Screen%20Shot%202018-01-30%20at%209.35.08%20AM.png\" alt=\"Screen Shot 2018-01-30 at 9.35.08 AM.png\" width=\"610\" height=\"565\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\"><\/a><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"story-body-text story-content\" data-para-count=\"275\" data-total-count=\"1189\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px; color: #000000;\">On a tour of the sales gallery on the 84th floor of One World Trade Center, which has views similar to those from the top of 125 Greenwich Street, he noted: \u201cYou\u2019re doing laps in your pool at this height. You\u2019re sitting in the sauna getting a massage at this height.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"story-body-text story-content\" data-para-count=\"204\" data-total-count=\"1393\" id=\"story-continues-1\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The 273-unit building is designed by Rafael Vi\u00f1oly Architects, which is becoming a firm of choice for soaring, slender condominiums in New York, after designing both<\/span>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2014\/10\/14\/nyregion\/432-park-avenue-tower-the-tallest-if-not-the-fairest-of-them-all.html\">432 Park Avenue<\/a>&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #000000;\">and<\/span>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2017\/08\/25\/realestate\/nomad-55-story-condo.html\">277 Fifth Avenue<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"story-body-text story-content\" data-para-count=\"145\" data-total-count=\"1538\" id=\"story-continues-3\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px; color: #000000;\">Indeed, the developer\u2019s admiration for the toothpick-thin 1,396-foot-tall condominium at 432 Park played a role in the architect\u2019s selection.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"story-body-text story-content\" data-para-count=\"293\" data-total-count=\"1831\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px; color: #000000;\">\u201cVi\u00f1oly had already done one tower in midtown Manhattan that we liked a lot,\u201d said Giovanni Castellaneta, the chairman of Bizzi &amp; Partners. With plans to build at a similar scale, he noted, \u201cWe chose Vi\u00f1oly because we thought he was the best in the market for this kind of building.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"story-body-text story-content\" data-para-count=\"293\" data-total-count=\"1831\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px; color: #000000;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2017\/09\/14\/realestate\/a-downtown-skyscraper-with-yachtlike-interiors.html\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/insyncsolar.com\/Staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Screen%20Shot%202018-01-30%20at%209.36.04%20AM.png\" alt=\"Screen Shot 2018-01-30 at 9.36.04 AM.png\" width=\"682\" height=\"480\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\"><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"story-body-text story-content\" data-para-count=\"158\" data-total-count=\"1989\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px; color: #000000;\">Mr. Vi\u00f1oly\u2019s design is a tower with curved glass corners supported by a central core that the architect described as \u201ca double I-beam\u201d standing on end.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"story-body-text story-content\" data-para-count=\"192\" data-total-count=\"2181\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px; color: #000000;\">\u201cIt\u2019s more like a column than a block,\u201d he said. \u201cThe whole intent was to try to make it appear as something more omnidirectional than just fronting the north, east, south and west.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"story-body-text story-content\" data-para-count=\"211\" data-total-count=\"2392\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px; color: #000000;\">Those curved corners open up sightlines along diagonals, including toward the nearby National September 11 Memorial &amp; Museum, he said, while also making the building more aerodynamic for stability in high winds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"story-body-text story-content\" data-para-count=\"241\" data-total-count=\"2633\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 15px;\">The tower is broken up by two bands with smaller footprints on floors 16 and 17, and 57 through 60, which are illuminated at night. The 16th floor houses a full-floor unit with private terrace and the other floors house mechanical equipment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"story-body-text story-content\" data-para-count=\"241\" data-total-count=\"2633\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 15px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2017\/09\/14\/realestate\/a-downtown-skyscraper-with-yachtlike-interiors.html\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/insyncsolar.com\/Staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Screen%20Shot%202018-01-30%20at%209.38.06%20AM.png\" alt=\"Screen Shot 2018-01-30 at 9.38.06 AM.png\" width=\"678\" height=\"522\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\"><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"story-body-text story-content\" data-para-count=\"166\" data-total-count=\"2799\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px; color: #000000;\">The apartments and common areas are designed by March &amp; White, a design firm with experience working on the interiors of superyachts and London private members clubs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"story-body-text story-content\" data-para-count=\"208\" data-total-count=\"3007\" id=\"story-continues-4\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px; color: #000000;\">\u201cWe used our background in designing superyachts, and applied our learning of how you design small spaces to the interior of the smaller units here,\u201d said Elliot March, who runs the firm with James White.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"story-body-text story-content\" data-para-count=\"170\" data-total-count=\"3177\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px; color: #000000;\">Details include kitchen cabinet doors that slide out of the way when open, concealed appliances and closets that come fully built out with shelves, drawers and hang rods.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"story-body-text story-content\" data-para-count=\"291\" data-total-count=\"3468\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px; color: #000000;\">\u201cWe were looking at making almost jewel-like objects,\u201d Mr. March said, with exquisite materials and details. Chevron patterned oak floors are bordered by inset metal, he noted, and kitchens are punctuated by a wrap of one of three exotic marbles, depending on a buyer\u2019s chosen palette.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"story-body-text story-content\" data-para-count=\"167\" data-total-count=\"3635\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px; color: #000000;\">The amenity spaces, which include a 50-foot-long lap pool, spa, fitness center, yoga studio, media room and dining and conference room, aim for a convivial atmosphere.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"story-body-text story-content\" data-para-count=\"168\" data-total-count=\"3803\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px; color: #000000;\">\u201cWe brought our members club experience to those top three floors,\u201d Mr. March said. \u201cThe interior is quite dark, a little mysterious, but comfortable and warm.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"story-body-text story-content\" data-para-count=\"276\" data-total-count=\"4079\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px; color: #000000;\">Sales begin later month, with studios starting at 418 square feet and $1.2 million, one-bedrooms starting at 752 square feet and $1.775 million, two-bedrooms starting at 1,268 square feet and $3.225 million, and three-bedrooms starting at 1,932 square feet and $4.625 million.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"story-body-text story-content\" data-para-count=\"320\" data-total-count=\"4399\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px; color: #000000;\">The building\u2019s foundation was recently completed, and move-ins are expected to begin in September 2019.
